Electronic "Tattoos" make telekinesis possible WIth Humans

A thin, flexible electronic "tattoo" with the ability to read brain wave activity has been developed by electrical engineer Todd Coleman at the University of California at San Diego. Researchers hope this non-invasive device will enable people to control certain machines with their mind. The width of the device is approximately as thick as the diameter of a strand of human hair. When placed on someone's forehead, it is able to detect electrical signals from the brain and transmit signals to other machinery. Researchers have found similar technology has allowed humans to remotely fly toy airplanes around a room while wearing hats equipped with special electrodes. Further development could allow those with disabilities to use this technology to control bionic limbs. The device can also be placed on people's necks, where it can be modified to detect the subconscious movements of throat muscles, allowing people to communicate without actually speaking. This technology could also help improve the speech recognition capabilities in smartphones. Watch Video on this after the jump.............
