Queen of Soul Food, Ms. Sylvia Woods passed away at the age of 86 on Thursday, July 19th. The news was shared at the kickoff of Harlem Week at Gracie Mansion. The Woods Family was to receive a 50th anniversary award for Sylvia's Restaurant. Watch video after the jump......
